QFC The Compass Part 1
Welcome to The Compass, the second pillar of our autumn season. In October, The Edit asked you to choose and steer with intention. The Compass turns to inner gnosis, the knowing that guides you before your mind has words for it.
In this transmission we build the instrument. We begin in the solar plexus, the second brain. It holds a vast network of neurons and has no language center, so it speaks in sensation. We follow those signals up the vagus nerve, the great bridge where silent knowing becomes thought and word.
From there we explore the tri-fold engine of intuition. Pattern recognition gathers the signals. Metacognition filters them from the noise. Neuroplasticity strengthens the pathways each time you honor them. We look at how metacognition opens the five physical senses, the sixth sense of non-local intuition, and the seventh sense of retrocausality.
We close with the mitochondria as your biological compass. They read light, keep time, and steer your choices toward expansion or defense. When that dialogue is coherent, the ordinary world turns technicolor.
Your homework: log the moments your body knows before your mind does. Keep a journal of the technicolor as it streams in, in words, photos, or any form that feels right. Commit to rising with the sun, and let that light inform what you notice.
